Alter Bridge Live At Wembley es un espectáculo impresionante filmado en HD y 3D el 29 de noviembre de 2011 en el histórico Wembley Arena de Londres frente a una multitud agotada de más de 10,000 fanáticos acérrimos. El espectáculo es el momento más significativo en los 8 años de carrera de la banda, ya que su objetivo desde el primer día era tocar en Wembley. La banda rompió un conjunto de 21 canciones con canciones de sus 3 álbumes, incluidos los éxitos: "Rise Today", "Watch Over You", "Blackbird", "Ghosts Of Days Gone By" y "Isolation". La película fue dirigida por el galardonado director Daniel E Catullo III, quien también produjo y dirigió el anterior DVD de la banda "Live From Amsterdam".
