Secuela de la película del 2002 "Naked Weapon" (estrenada en España como "Arma Desnuda"). En esta secuela la historia se centra en un agente de la Interpol que 15 años atrás, desbarato el negocio de un cartel de drogas, por lo que la organizacion de asesinos, "Madame Rose", mató a su familia por venganza y a petición del cartel. Pero su pequeña hija sobrevivio y ahora esta en manos de "Mademe Rose", le han lavado el cerebro y la ha convertido en una "sexy killer" llamada Phoenix, la mejor asesina de la organizacion, que tendrá como nuevo objetivo al agente de la Interpol, a su propio padre.
