Hace 300 años, un experimento con plantas en la luna acabó con medio satélite y con la población de la Tierra. Ahora sólo unos pocos supervivientes cohabitan en las ruinas de las antiguas ciudades. Una de estas ciudades es Neutral, donde vive Agito, un muchacho que siempre está metiendose en líos con su mejor amigo. Su padre, uno de los tres fundadores de la ciudad, y quizás el más importante, se convirtió en un humano mejorado al llegar a un acuerdo con el bosque y sus criaturas.
