Como es sabido, para celebrar y conmemorar los 20 años de uno de los álbumes más exitosos y reconocidos de la carrera de Megadeth, el ya mítico ‘Countdown To Extinction’, el grupo realizó una gira durante los meses de noviembre y diciembre de 2012, el “Countdown To Extinction 20th Anniversary Tour”, en el cual interpretaban íntegramente este álbum. Ahora, el concierto que dieron en el marco de esta gira en el Fox Theatre de Los Angeles se edita en formato de CD, DVD y Blu-Ray a través de Capitol y se pone a la venta en estos próximos días bajo el título de ‘Countdown to Extinction: Live’.
