El famoso álbum conceptual de Jethro Tull, "Thick As A Brick", fue lanzado originalmente en 1972 y contó con una pista continua distribuida en dos caras de un LP que cuenta la historia de un joven llamado Gerald Bostock. 40 años después, en 2012, el fundador y líder de Jethro Tull, Ian Anderson, creó "Thick As A Brick 2: What Happened To Gerald Bostock?". Después de este lanzamiento, Ian Anderson llevó ambos álbumes de gira para interpretar la historia completa de Gerald Bostock y este concierto de la gira se filmó en Islandia. El programa combina música, pantallas de video y mímica para darle vida a la historia de Gerald.
