Autosuficientes es un documental musical que cuenta la historia del grupo de punk español Parálisis Permanente y su líder, Eduardo Benavente. Un recorrido por el lanzamiento a la fama de este grupo durante la mítica Movida Madrileña en los 80, junto con los demonios que llevaron a una temprana muerte en un accidente de coche a su líder. El documental cuenta con la colaboración de personajes de renombre como Alaska, Gabinete, Manolo UVI o Pei Desechables, junto con Ana Curra -miembro del grupo- que cuenta su resurrección y su gira mexicana llamada El Acto.
