El fotógrafo checo Josef Koudelka creció detrás de la Cortina de Hierro. Cuarenta años después de capturar las imágenes icónicas de la invasión soviética de Praga en 1968, el legendario fotógrafo de Magnum llega a Israel y Palestina. Al ver por primera vez el muro de nueve metros de altura construido por Israel en Cisjordania, Koudelka se conmueve profundamente y se embarca en un proyecto de cuatro años en la región que lo confrontará una vez más con la dura realidad de la violencia y el conflicto.El director Gilad Baram, fotógrafo y videoartista con base en Berlín y Palestina, fue asistente de Koudelka en su viaje por Tierra Santa. "Koudelka Shooting Holy Land" es su debut como director de documentales.
