En la pequeña y tranquila población de Eastwick, Nueva Inglaterra, viven Jane (Sarandon), Sukie (Pfeiffer) y Alexandra (Cher), tres modernas y aburridas mujeres. Hartas de esperar al hombre capaz de satisfacerlas, una noche de lluvia se reúnen, e inocentemente, invocan al hombre perfecto.
