En medio de la aridez del desierto indio de Rajastán, desde el 2005, las mujeres del pequeño pueblo Pilantri plantan 111 árboles en honor a cada nueva niña que nace. Lo que surgió como idea para concientizar contra los feticidios femeninos, en la actualidad no solo brindan posibilidades laborales a las mujeres sino que también permiten repensar el medioambiente y la importancia de la tierra.
