Bananaz es una película sobre la banda virtual Gorillaz. El film elimina las paredes virtuales de la banda de dibujos animados creada por el artista Jamie Hewlett y el músico Damon Albarn. El público ve lo que Ceri Levy registró en muchos y variados meses de rodaje a partir de 2000 a 2006. Bananaz es la historia de la asociación y la comunidad detrás de Gorillaz. Muestra una parte de Gorillaz nunca vista antes – la realidad, y es un honesto, a veces hilarante recuento de la relación de trabajo entre Albarn y Hewlett.
