Steve es un ninja. La policía lo ha llamado para que los ayude en sus investigaciones. Va a trabajar con Kevin, un teniente de policía. Están investigando el robo en el Instituto Federal de Investigación, donde a pesar de las fuertes medidas de seguridad, 7 guerreros Ninja logran robar un documento vital. Muy satisfechos con el trabajo de la noche, regresan con su maestro, Kurodo, quien descubre que sólo tienen la mitad de la información que necesitan. El capitán de policía quiere resultados. Kevin sospecha que un jardín japonés que visitó una vez con Steve podría ser el cuartel general de Kurodo y sus Ninja y va en busca de pruebas. Lo atrapan espiando, lo torturan y lo matan. Tras la desaparición de Kevin, Steve abre su caja Ninja. Rompe el sello de su Katana y comienza el Mantra. Ataca el Jardín Japonés, elimina a los guerreros Ninja y tras recuperar los documentos y volar.
