Cuando Sam Wilson (Jeffrey Lynn) se decide a pedirle un aumento a su jefe (Richard Gaines), este le confiesa que el negocio está en quiebra y que ha decidido suicidarse. El jefe le ofrece entonces un extraño pacto: le dará 10.000 dólares si entre los dos hacen que todo parezca un asesinato para que su familia pueda cobrar el seguro. El problema llega cuando el asesinato se produce de verdad y Wilson se convierte en el principal sospechoso. (FA)
